Email is the only channel
There is no contact form and no chat widget here. Both would mean loading third-party script onto a site whose central promise is that your report never leaves your browser, so FeeSift does not use them.
What makes a report useful
- Wrong or changed Whatnot fee
- Tell us the item price, what the report showed, and what FeeSift expected. A rule may have changed.
- A report FeeSift could not read
- Describe the error message and the column headers. Do not send the file — it contains buyer names.
- Something was hard to use
- Which page, what you were trying to do, and what you expected to happen instead.
Never send us your CSV
The Weekly Orders Report contains buyer names and locations. FeeSift does not want it and has nowhere to store it. If you need to share numbers, use the analyzer’s anonymized export, which removes buyer identity by default, and check it before sending.
